A leading retail chain is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Rotherham. This role involves offering excellent customer service while supervising staff and managing store operations. Location: The Co‑operative Food, 4 Woodhouse Green, Rotherham, S66 9AQ Pay: £13.99 per hour Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time Working pattern: varied shifts includes early mornings from 5.45am, afternoons, late evenings to 10.15pm, and weekends – to be discussed at interview. You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you’ll need to authorise age‑related sales. This role may involve periods of independent working which we'll discuss with you at interview. We'll provide relevant safety technology, and the duration of lone working will be kept within agreed guidelines.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager – while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
