Customer Team Leader

Location: 26 High Street, Kinghorn, KY3 9UE
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 22 h per week + regular overtime, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you’ll do
  • Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service every day, taking ownership of managing the store and handling challenging situations.
  • Develop team capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued and respected.
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal and fully operational.
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to create a great shopping experience.
  • Support the store manager by deputising when they’re not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
  • Lead the way when introducing new products and services, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open feedback.
  • Build relationships and get involved in the local community, supporting the delivery of the local Co‑op community plan.
