The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule and £14.42 per hour. You will be the first point of contact for customers, requiring excellent communication, a friendly, professional manner, and good attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or telephone-based experience is desirable
• Confident and professional when speaking on the phone
