Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer support.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a call/contact center is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and resolve queries at the point of contact.
• Take inbound calls and respond to emails in line with service level agreements.
• Provide ongoing support to enhance customer experience.

Polite and professional telephone manner

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Education

Five GCSEs grades A-C including Maths & English
