Job summary

Arcus FM in Redditch is recruiting a Customer Support Coordinator on a permanent basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for stores needing assistance, handling reactive calls, creating Work Orders and chasing Engineers to provide updates.

The role offers a rotating 40-hour week (Mon – Fri 06:00–14:00 / 12:00–20:00) with every other weekend and staggered days off when weekends are worked, plus apprenticeship progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude with flexibility, listening and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in call centres or retail sectors preferred.
• Aptitude for learning multiple systems and routing engineers correctly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for stores needing assistance.
• Take reactive calls, create Work Orders and chase Engineers.
• Provide stores with timely updates and information.
