Qualifications

• General education standard includes GCSEs with passes in English and Maths.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy (MS Office).
• Flexible, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Lives within a commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar service modules and order processing systems.
• Keen for new experience and willingness to learn.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative problem-solving approaches.

Responsibilities

• Process and proactively manage customer orders and enquiries for a seamless experience.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Teams coordinating complex equipment orders through delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide updates on orders, deliveries, pricing, availability and invoicing.
• Manage capital equipment stock across locations with regular audits and obsolescence handling.
• Coordinate returns, credit notes, stock transfers, and distribution centre returns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Service and Finance to meet customer expectations and improve service.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing more efficient processes and systems.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and operational records for reporting.
