More about your role

We're looking for a Customer Support Worker to join our welcoming team in Bristol. In this role, you'll provide support to homeless families and individuals living in our supported accommodation services.

Working within the scheme you will support with the continued, safe provision of accommodation for the customers living in our schemes.

You will play a key role in signing up new customers to the service and supporting them through their housing journey. The role will involve working with the team, Group employees and outside agencies and professionals to deliver a holistic service that is of the highest standard. You will be working closely with our customers to develop a person-centred support plan, and deliver housing management services.

At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, an Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
