Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a similar customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
• Organised and self-disciplined, with good attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer complaints or working in a B2B environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries regarding deliveries and services
