Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt communication style to different customers.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking and time management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Respond to enquiries relating to deliveries and services.
• Accurately log and categorise customer interactions using internal systems.
• Complete customer verification and security checks.
• Triage customer queries and elevate complex issues to the Customer Support Specialist team where appropriate.
• Take ownership of customer queries through to resolution.
• Work towards individual and team KPI targets.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions, contributing positively to the team.
• Promote and demonstrate the company's core values.
• Be flexible and support the wider team with additional tasks as required by management.
