Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide a best-in-class service to customers across phone, email and website channels. You will manage orders from inquiry to post-hire feedback, upsell where appropriate and build strong relationships with regular customers.

Ideal candidates will have proven customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to continually improve service and processes. A hands-on, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role handling inbound order/sales enquiries.
• Experience in developing and utilising product knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing.
• Good level of computer literacy in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service to customers using product knowledge to upsell where appropriate.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, owning the customer journey.
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email and website requests.
• Develop relationships with regular customers and contribute to service improvements.
