Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, hands-on team in our depot environment. You’ll greet customers face-to-face, handle inquiries by phone and email, and manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

You’ll use product knowledge to upsell where appropriate, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and contribute to continuous service improvements in a FTSE100, market-leading

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience handling in-bound orders or sales enquiries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with MS Office and IT systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
