Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable handling face-to-face, telephone, email and online inquiries.
• Experience in a target-driven environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class service and maximise upselling opportunities.
• Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the depot.
• Manage an order from enquiry to post-hire feedback and own the customer journey.
• Coordinate service schedules and liaise with suppliers to arrange repairs and hires.
