Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers visiting the depot. You will handle face‑to‑face, phone, email, and website inquiries, guiding the customer journey from enquiry to post‑hire feedback and coordinating with suppliers for repairs and hires.

You will help build relationships with regular customers, develop product knowledge, and seek upsell opportunities while maintaining high service standards in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably handling in‑bound order/sales enquiries and transactions.
• Experience in hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and understand the wider Sunbelt business.
• Exceptional communication skills including negotiating and influencing to engage customers.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the depot face to face.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email, and website requests, owning the customer journey.
• Liaise with suppliers, arrange repairs and equipment hires, and coordinate service schedules.
• Turn opportunities into upsell while delivering best-in-class service.
• Support multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service levels.
