Job summary

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Customer Development Executive to join their client's sales support team on the outskirts of Chelmsford. This 37.5-hour week, with 23 days holiday plus bank holiday and birthday off, offers a hands-on role in customer and supplier liaison.

You will qualify incoming calls, process orders, maintain portals, and support pricing/status updates while delivering timely, accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong IT and computer literacy including spreadsheets and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work to deadlines and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming calls from customers to understand requirements.
• Field supplier calls, resolve queries and escalate as needed.
• Create opportunities from calls and emails.
• Process online orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle inbound tickets and respond within SLAs.
• Maintain inboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Build customer/supplier relationships with professional responses.
• Process customer details on portals.
• Assist with pricing and product status.
