Formación

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience handling inbound order enquiries is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and use initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers at the depot.
• Handle enquiries face-to-face, on phone, email and online requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Upsell opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
