Sunbelt Rentals Limited, the UK's largest equipment rental provider and a FTSE100 company, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming customers at the depot and delivering a best-in-class service while using product knowledge to maximise upselling opportunities.

Build relationships and own the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback. You will communicate face-to-face, on the phone, via email and online requests, liaising with suppliers,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, handling inbound orders and enquiries.
• Experience in hire or construction industry advantageous but not essential.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the depot.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback.
• Coordinate repairs, hires, and service schedules.
