You will handle calls, emails, and website requests, manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and look for upselling opportunities while maintaining high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced operational environment. The role is based in the UK and offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, handling inbound order/sales enquiries.
• Experience in hire or construction industry advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications via telephone, email, and website requests.
• Manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback and own the customer journey.
• Upsell opportunities when appropriate and maximise customer value.
