Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? We’re looking for two motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our dedicated team at Purbeck Sports Centre.

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Handling queries about our facilities, events, and activities
  • Managing bookings and payments using our point-of-sale system (cash and card)
  • Supporting with general administration, including record-keeping and promotional materials
  • Promoting memberships and driving sales
About You
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • The ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • Good IT skills (training provided)
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Working Hours

Flexibility is key—you’ll work a variety of shifts, including Friday evenings, weekends, and during school holiday periods.
