Customer Services Manager

(Total Compensation including bonus, commission & benefits: Up to £40,000)

This position is central to our growing global organisation, where you will be responsible for all aspects of your centre’s performance. We provide you with the autonomy and resources to manage your centre as if it were your own business. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing all on-site activities and operations.
  2. Addressing challenges and solving problems proactively.
  3. Giving tours to prospective customers.
  4. Upselling to existing customers.
  5. Ensuring excellent customer service to turn customers into brand ambassadors for you, your team, and IWG.
