Job Title: Client Services Manager

Salary: £37,500 per annum

Overview

Honeycomb, in partnership with a global cybersecurity training and consultancy firm, is seeking a Client Services Manager to join their high-performing team. This full-time, permanent role involves being the primary contact for clients via various communication channels and supporting the delivery of training and consultancy services worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Customer Management & Support: Organize conferences, process registrations, communicate exam results, arrange visas, troubleshoot issues, and tailor training solutions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Feedback & Quality Assurance: Collect and analyze participant feedback to maintain training standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly reports, manage feedback, and oversee course scheduling and go/no-go decisions.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with management, operations, and finance to optimize training delivery and payment processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
