Are you a Customer Service specialist in FMCG or Food looking to work for a progressive, friendly, and ethical company?

1. Building strong relationships with customers and managing orders and inquiries.
2. Communicating customer developments to internal teams.
3. Capturing and processing customer orders and contracts.
4. Managing export contracts and documentation.
5. Aligning planning across the business, executing, and reconciling activities.
6. Coordinating with customers and hauliers for collection and delivery.
7. Processing customer invoicing.
8. Handling customer queries and complaints.
9. Providing management reports as needed.
10. Supporting the supply chain team with operational and strategic tasks.

The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, finance, production, and logistics. The company is profitable and growing, with the previous role holder promoted within two years.

Requirements include experience in a customer-focused logistics role within food or FMCG manufacturing. Salary ranges from circa £35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits.

This is a home-based role, with travel to meetings 2-5 days per quarter. Most work is remote.
