Are you a Customer Service specialist in FMCG or Food looking to work for a progressive, friendly, and ethical company?

The opportunity could be right for you — the business is a chilled food processing company seeking someone to manage day-to-day interactions and logistics with key customers to ensure outstanding service and delivery. The role involves:

1. Building strong relationships with customers and taking ownership of orders and inquiries.
2. Communicating customer developments to internal stakeholders.
3. Capturing and processing customer orders and contracts.
4. Managing export contracts and related documentation.
5. Aligning planning across the business, completing execution and reconciliations.
6. Coordinating with customers and hauliers for collection and delivery.
7. Processing customer invoicing.
8. Managing customer queries and complaints.
9. Providing management reporting information as required.
10. Supporting the wider supply chain team with daily operational matters and strategic projects.

We seek a people person who enjoys working closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, finance, production, and the supply chain team.

This is a successful and profitable business with exciting growth plans. The previous person in this role was promoted within 2 years.

Must haves: Experience in a dedicated customer-focused logistics role for a manufacturing business in food or FMCG. Circa £35-40k + strong benefits package.

This role is home-based, with travel to meetings 2-5 days per quarter; most work is remote.
