Job Description:

Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Global Training & Consultancy firm to recruit for a Client Services Manager to join their high performing team based in Belfast. The role is full-time, permanent, and offers remote working. It is a key position as the first point of contact for clients across various communication channels.

The Client

Our client is a Global Training & Consultancy business operating within the Cybersecurity sector. They collaborate with companies worldwide to deliver bespoke training and consultancy services on security architectural frameworks.

The Role

The Client Services Manager will serve as the primary contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, LinkedIn, and the website. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Management & Support
  • Organizing annual conferences in Ireland and Australia for approximately 150 delegates.
  • Processing client registrations, sending course confirmations and reminders for courses and exams.
  • Communicating exam results to clients, instructors, and the governing body.
  • Arranging visa documentation for clients attending training.
  • Troubleshooting issues such as rescheduling courses or exams.
  • Responding to internal inquiries.
  • Understanding client needs to tailor training solutions and quotations.
  • Scheduling training sessions based on availability.

Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling training products.
  • Supporting instructors by providing session details and travel arrangements.

Feedback and Quality Assurance

  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from training participants to ensure standards are met.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Providing weekly internal reports on training numbers.
  • Sharing client feedback with trainers, the governing body, and the business.
  • Reporting on course go/no-go decisions before start dates.

Internal Collaboration

  • Working with management to design annual training and exam schedules for various regions.
  • Coordinating with operations on instructor scheduling.
  • Providing feedback to improve training offerings based on client input.
  • Collaborating with Finance to ensure timely payments.

Essential skills include:

  • Verbal communication: Clear and confident speaking skills.
  • Written communication: Professional email, reporting, and proposal writing.
  • Presentation skills: Ability to lead meetings and deliver persuasive updates.
  • Preferred background: Experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
