Job summary

West Kent Housing Association is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering excellent service across phone, email, web and social media, and requires a confident, solution-minded communicator.

Based at our Sevenoaks office with a hybrid working pattern, you will work 37 hours per week, typically 8:45-17:15 across Monday to Thursday and 8:00-17:00 on Friday, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Customer Services Advisor (£30,669 per annum , 6- month fixed-term contract)

We need people who enjoy communicating with others whether via the phone, email, web or social media. You will need to be confident using the latest technology and will also like to problem solve and be happy to 'go the extra mile' for our customers. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be committed to always doing the best for the customer. You need to be self-motivated and able to thrive and maintain quality results in a busy environment.

Location Details

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, with full-time colleagues basing themselves in the office twice a week.

Hours

37 hours per week, 8:45am to 17:15pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 17:00pm on Friday.
