Bernicia in Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Central Services Team. This permanent, full‑time role (37 hrs/week) pays around £25,023–£25,974 per year and is based at Kingston Park.
You will handle frontline customer queries, perform a range of administrative duties arising from sales and service requests, and use IT systems to support customers.
