Job summary

Lyreco Group in the UK is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for an office-based, full-time role in Donnington, Telford. You will deliver exceptional customer service, update customer records, and support sales teams while meeting set deadlines.

Location: Donnington- Telford Salary: £26,227.50K per annum Mon- Fri- 9am-5.30pm Full time- Permanent Office Based Role.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with the highest level of customer experience
• Be able to work to deadlines, whilst providing a quality customer service
• Updating and maintaining the customers records on an ongoing basis.
• Provide support to sales support to our field based and inside sales teams
• Promote products on call, in line with relevant promotional activity.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will:

• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues
