Job summary

Resource Management Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an automotive client, based at Killingholme. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift from 8am to 6pm. Salary is £15.57 per hour with overtime paid at 20% above the base rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ administrative experience, ideally in logistics or automotive sector.
• Familiarity with technical workshop environments or similar settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and align with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints with timely responses.
• Collaborate with Deputy General Manager to prioritise and resolve issues.
• Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement preventative solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain records.
• Monitor feedback for service improvements and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze complaint data to track trends and inform enhancements.
• Support the Technical Workshop with planning and labour management.
• Create and manage accurate job cards for technical tasks.
• Organise vehicle deliveries and process damage claims with documentation.
• Participate in training to improve service skills.
