Front of House Manager | Location York Designer Outlet | Full Time

The Role |

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion to create a welcoming environment for our guests and team. You will support in coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and achieving excellent results.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to uphold high standards
  • Has experience in shift planning and management, and enjoys working with and coaching their team
  • Has experience managing labour and rotas, with an understanding of financial performance
  • Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual needs
