Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor for our venues in the United Kingdom. Shifts include days and evenings, with weekends required, and you will deliver outstanding customer service while stepping up to supervisory duties when needed.

You will welcome guests, promote offers and events, handle cash accurately, serve refreshments, and help with opening and closing procedures. You must uphold the Challenge 25 policy and ensure compliance with gambling legislation.
