Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding guest service across our venues. The role focuses on assisting customers and stepping up to supervisory duties when required, earning an enhanced hourly rate.

You will work a 4 x 8 hour shift pattern across 7 days, with weekends required. The role includes supervisory responsibilities and night-hour premiums for shifts between 11pm and 6am.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced venue.
• Ability to step into supervisory duties and manage a small team when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging customers, ensuring a great experience at every visit.
• Promoting offers, events and new games to customers.
• Handling cash and providing correct change.
• Serving refreshments and keeping the venue clean and welcoming.
• Assisting with opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed.
• Upholding Challenge 25 and gambling legislation compliance.
