Luxury Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure venues run smoothly. You’ll welcome customers, promote offers and events, handle cash, serve refreshments, and support with opening/closing procedures while supervising the team when required.

The role includes flexible night shifts between 10pm and 8:30am, three shifts per week, with enhanced rates for supervisory duties (£13.25/hr) and an extra £1.50/hr

Qualifications

• Welcoming and engaging customers, creating a great visit experience.
• Promoting offers, events, and new games.
• Handling cash and providing change accurately.
• Serving refreshments and keeping the venue clean and welcoming.
• Opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed.
• Upholding Challenge 25 policy and gambling legislation compliance.
