Job summary

Luxury Leisure seeks a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service in our venues. You will welcome guests, promote offers and events, handle cash, and keep the venue tidy and inviting.

When needed, you’ll step up to supervise the team and apply the enhanced night-rate for supervisory duties. Shifts are nights (9:30 PM – 8:00 AM) with an enhanced rate of £13.25 per hour for supervisory duties plus an extra £1.50 per hour for hours between 11 PM and 6 AM, across 2 x 10

Handling cash and providing change accurately.
Serving refreshments and keeping the venue clean and welcoming.
Opening/closing procedures and supervising the team when needed.
