Job summary

Luxury Leisure in Colchester is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service at our venues. You’ll focus on assisting customers and, when needed, step up to supervisory duties, earning an enhanced rate.

Shift pattern is Monday to Sunday, with morning, evening and weekend work. You will welcome customers, promote offers and events, handle cash with accuracy, serve refreshments and help with opening and closing procedures while upholding gambling rules and the

• Ability to supervise and step up when required.
• Compliance with gambling legislation.
