JDR Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Castleford (WF10) for a temporary-to-permanent role. The position is full-time, on-site, with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will handle inbound/outbound enquiries, deliver high-quality service, and maintain accurate records while liaising with internal teams. Salary is £13.00–£14.00 per hour, with permanent contract offered after a 12-week probation.
