Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance.

We value the customer and continuously look for ways to improve service, with on-the-job coaching and feedback. You may also participate in community events and charity partnerships as part of our local store team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to handle payments accurately.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to multitask across store duties.
• Post Office Local duties may apply with background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with queries.
• Stock shelves and tidy displays.
• Process payments at the till.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Support seasonal events and promotions.
• Encourage customer feedback and surveys.
• Assist customers at self-checkouts.
• Follow safety procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Clock in/out accurately.
• Work shifts as required by the Store Manager.
