Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will support day-to-day store operations, provide excellent service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance.

You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, seeking ways to improve service through on-the-job coaching and feedback while prioritising safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work across store areas including tills and stock.
• Commitment to safety and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage customer feedback through surveys.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment, and stock routines.
• Follow training to work safely and accurately process hours.
• Participate in community events and support store performance understanding.
• Follow policies and embody store values to make customers feel welcome.
• Clock in/out accurately and maintain store safety procedures.
• Follow Think 25 policy for age-restricted products.
