Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will help customers, stock shelves, process payments and maintain the store’s appearance to deliver excellent service.

You’ll work across store operations, learn from coaching, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shop floor while respecting store policies. This role also involves assisting with online orders and occasional shift leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to assist across tills, online orders, replenishment and stock routines.
• Commitment to safety and following policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
• Encourage customer feedback through surveys.
• Work across store areas to meet customer needs (tills, online, replenishment, stock).
• Follow training to work safely and maintain a clean, organized shop floor.
• Support seasonal and community events and contribute to a welcoming environment.
• Ensure accurate clock in/out and comply with security procedures.
