Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help with customer service, stock shelves, process payments, and maintain the store’s appearance while focusing on safe and welcoming shopping experiences.

You will contribute to ongoing improvements by taking part in coaching and feedback, and support diverse community and charity activities as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and store appearance.
• Process payments at tills and help maintain a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities

• I know my customers and serving them with passion and pride, giving great natural service.
• I actively encourage customers to give feedback on their shopping trip through completing the ‘have your say’ survey.
• I work across all areas of the store including, online, the tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines to ensure tasks are completed to meet the needs of our customers.
• Putting into practice the training I have received to ensure we work all work safely.
• Taking part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating a great inclusive atmosphere.
