Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative in Guildford to join a Global retail organisation. This temporary (6 months) role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office-based with free parking.

Salary ranges from 28,000 to 30,000 per month, with potential progression to permanent employment. Key duties include handling inquiries, entering orders in SAP, managing accounts, and supporting shipments and product-related questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order fulfilment.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM and Excel is advantageous.
• 3–4 years in customer service or order fulfilment environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond to calls within three rings and emails within 24 hours.
• Enter orders accurately and maintain customer master data.
• Process new accounts quickly in SAP with complete information.
• Assist customers with shipments, credits, returns and product support.
• Enhance the customer experience across B2B and B2C portals.
• Collaborate with internal teams globally.
• Generate daily and monthly reports to standards.
• Maintain an organised and clean working environment.
