Job summary

Europcar Group UK Limited is seeking a Customer Service Returns Assistant at Luton Airport to support our vehicle returns team in a fast-paced environment. You will be customer-facing and assist customers at the start and end of their Europcar experience, including in our car parks, ensuring timely vehicle handovers.

Candidates should have a passion for service, excellent communication skills, and a valid driving licence with at least four years of driving experience.

• Experience in high-volume customer environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Driving licence with at least 4 years of driving experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and vehicle damage standards; achieve KPIs.
• Complete all administration accurately according to operating procedures.
• Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.

Europcar is looking for Customer Service Returns Assistant

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys customer facing roles and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at our Luton Airport location to work as part of our vehicle returns team.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process. This will include working in our car parks to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Your previous experience should demonstrate your passion for service and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment.

Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.

Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.

Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.

Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.

A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required

Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends - our locations can offer you a wide variety of shifts.

Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided
