Europcar Group UK Limited is hiring at Heathrow Airport for a customer-facing front desk role. You will deliver world-class rental service, upsell products, and drive sales while ensuring smooth administration and vehicle documentation processes.

The role requires a full, valid driving licence with at least four years of experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for at our Heathrow Airport location to work as part of our team on the front desk. You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service whilst offering our range of additional products and services to make their onward journey easier. Through our service approach to sales, you'll also have the opportunity to earn some serious commission!,

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• To be commercially aware and recognise and report on prospective business opportunities and
• competitor activity.
• Sell the company's services and products to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation as well as the reporting
• of damage.
• Responsibility for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety. A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to influence others.
• Enthusiastic about selling and can respond positively to objections.
• Manages time effectively and completes tasks required.
• Ability to prioritise and remain organised when working under pressure.
