Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group, Edinburgh Airport, seeks a Customer Service Returns Assistant to join the vehicle returns team. You will be at the heart of the rental journey, delivering world-class service as customers begin and conclude their Europcar experience.

The role requires a full clean driving licence, strong communication and a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided; shifts include days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with staff to ensure customers receive and return vehicles promptly.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and damage control; meet KPIs.
• Complete administrations accurately according to procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to procedures.

Europcar is looking for Customer Service Returns Assistant

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys customer facing roles and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at our Edinburgh Airport location to work as part of our vehicle returns team.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process. This will include working in our car parks to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience.

Your previous experience should demonstrate your passion for service and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment.

Main duties:

• Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
• Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.

Key skills required:

• A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
• Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends - our locations can offer you a wide variety of shifts.
• Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided
