Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Service Returns Assistant at our Luton Airport location. You will handle customer-facing tasks throughout the rental lifecycle, particularly at vehicle return in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.

• Car rental/sales experience is desirable but training will be provided.

Europcar is looking for Customer Service Returns Assistant

Would you like to be part of the Europcar team? Are you someone who enjoys customer facing roles and working as part of a diverse team? We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant at our Luton Airport location to work as part of our vehicle returns team.

You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process. This will include working in our car parks to assist our customers at the beginning and end of their Europcar experience. Your previous experience should demonstrate your passion for service and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment.

Main duties:

• Work closely with all staff to ensure customers receive and return their vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure the continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of all KPIs in these areas.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
• Process all workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.

Key skills required:
