PureKat Consultancy Ltd. in Saffron Walden, Essex, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team and provide outstanding service to customers. The role involves liaising with customers by phone and email, preparing quotes, and processing orders.

The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, good IT skills including Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM and order processing systems. Interviews will be held in Saffron Walden.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Full time, permanent
