Legal & General Resources Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cardiff for a 6-month contract with hybrid working (2 days in the office). You will deliver personalised customer experiences, ensure regulatory compliance, and own customer interactions while mentoring others to achieve strong results.

The role emphasizes resolving complaints, driving process improvements, and empowering customers with clear financial information across Retail operations.
