We are recruiting for our ScottishPower Energy Networks, Customer Service - Faults & Emergencies team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be our customers' first point of contact for electrical faults, general enquiries, power cuts as well as during large-scale events like storms. Your calm demeanour, prompt solutions, and reassuring support will help resolve electrical faults and enquiries, whilst always reinforcing our commitment to excellent customer service.
Your day will involve handling inbound calls, answering customer enquiries, providing updates on faults, and coordinating with our incident controllers to log incidents. You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting our vulnerable customers and offering the extra care they need. This role is not just about managing calls; it's about caring for our customers when they need it the most.
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and offer a range of full and part-time shift patterns, between the hours of 7am and Midnight, including weekend work.
Our team are based within North Cheshire Trading Estate, Prenton Way, Birkenhead, Prenton CH43 3ET (Office Based). Due to remote location and shift pattern, own transport is essential. We offer a salary from £27,498 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours) + excellent benefits.
