As the first point of contact in our branches, customers will be at the very heart of your role. You will be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction, working with high levels of accuracy to provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience.

You’re joining an incredible network of colleagues who are here for our customers whenever and wherever they need us. You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the hours you work, typically during branch opening hours between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays, and will include some bank holidays.
