Job summary

People First Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support for a long-term hybrid role in the Newcastle area. This position supports day-to-day customer service operations, coordinates tasks for the Order Management team, and handles order data in SAP with strong Excel skills.

The role requires prior customer service or office administration experience, effective communication, and attention to detail to ensure timely responses and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• Customer service or office administration experience.
• Strong Excel skills and basic SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the customer service team and coordinate assignments to maintain high service quality.
• Provide administrative support to the Order Management team.
• Resolve issues from order receipt to delivery for Customers and Sales.
• Act as a key point of contact internally and externally.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners.
• Develop understanding of robotic order management processes and monitor SAP-based tasks.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure proper recording of transactions in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and data protection.
