Job summary

People First Team Japan/ピープルファーストチームジャパン is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support in Newcastle for a long-term temporary role. You will help run day-to-day customer service operations, support the Order Management team, and ensure orders move smoothly from receipt to delivery.

The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office, 37.5 hours per week, and uses SAP and advanced Excel to maintain data accuracy and timely responses to customers and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service/ Office Administration experience.
• Strong Excel skills and SAP basic knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day customer service operations and coordinate assignments.
• Provide administrative support to the Order Management team.
• Resolve issues from order receipt through to delivery for customers and sales.
• Act as a key point of contact internally and externally.
• Liaise with other stakeholders and maintain strong external relationships with retailers.
• Develop understanding of robotic order management processes and monitor them.
• Use SAP to manage customer data, track orders, and process service requests.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection.
