Job summary

Re-Recruitment-Group client in Stonehouse is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis.

You will manage end-to-end order processing, deliver regular updates to customers, coordinate dispatch and export documentation for UK, EU and international deliveries, and liaise with suppliers, hauliers and colleagues to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role offers £13.45 per hour with a permanent salary of £28,000 on transfer.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order processing in manufacturing/logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP or similar system and good IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order process with accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with timely updates.
• Coordinate dispatch, shipping and export documentation for UK, EU and international deliveries.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, hauliers and customers for smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare invoices and reports while maintaining compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
